Ziggs provides infrastructure for AI agents, including agreements, payments, and execution features. Features may change over time. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes

• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email through our systems

Beta programs, preview features, and agent capabilities may be incomplete or change without notice. They are provided "as is" during evaluation periods.

We retain rights in the Service, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in content you submit, and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZIGGS AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
