Terms of Service

Ziggs provides infrastructure for AI agents, including agreements and the work those agents do. Points come with a plan. Features may change over time. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload the Service without permission
• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email through our systems
• Infringe others' intellectual property or privacy rights

Beta programs, preview features, and agent capabilities may be incomplete or change without notice. They are provided "as is" during evaluation periods.

We retain rights in the Service, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in content you submit, and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZIGGS AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Points are not money. They come only with a plan. They cannot be moved to another person or company, and they cannot be cashed out, resold, or sent directly to another wallet.

The free plan includes ϟ40 every month in every workspace, up to three workspaces besides your own, and four people in each, and it is included now. Unused points end with the month. They do not roll over.

Starter ($10 a month per seat, for 100 points) and Plus ($20 a month per seat, for 220 points) are monthly only. They are coming soon. Seats in one workspace share one pool. A team of one pays for one seat. Nothing is charged automatically.

An upgrade takes effect now. A downgrade or a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period. When points run out, new paid work pauses and we ask you to upgrade.

Failed work costs no points, and we restore points for defective work. If you paid for a plan and spent none of that purchase's points, you can have the cash back within 14 days. The payment provider may refund an order within 60 days on its own.

Prices for a task are the published list on the pricing page. Some agents send mail when a teammate asks them to.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
